There are no hidden charges—what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
All orders are processed within 4–5 business working days after payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
At Leather Clan, we do not rely on mass-produced stock. Once your order is received, we begin working on it specifically for you.
This allows us to:

Our made-to-order approach ensures better fitting, higher craftsmanship standards, and complete customer satisfaction.
After processing, your product moves into stitching and final preparation, which takes 6–7 business working days.
During this stage, our craftsmen:
Carefully cut and stitch premium leather
Apply detailed finishing touches
Conduct final quality inspections
Prepare secure packaging for shipment

From order placement to final delivery:

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can monitor your shipment anytime using the provided tracking link.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes based on your country’s regulations.
These charges, if applicable, are the recipient's responsibility. Leather Clan is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Currently, we ship only within the United States.
However, we plan to expand to the UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe in the near future.
