Returns — Simple, Clear & Fair

Eligibility

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 7 days of receiving it. To qualify, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Have proof of purchase (order number or email receipt)

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@leatherclan.com with your order number and return request.

  2. We’ll send you a digital return label to print at home.

  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back using a traceable service.

Important:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, regardless of the reason for return—unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Refund Timeline

  • Once your return arrives and passes inspection: Refunds are issued within 5–15 business days to your original payment method.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the credit.

Exchanges — Getting It Right

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, you also have 7 days from delivery to request it.

Exchange items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in original condition

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Follow the same steps as a return. If your requested replacement is out of stock, we’ll offer an alternative—or issue a full refund.

Important Notes

  • Items must be in new condition to be eligible for return or exchange. “New” means not worn, not used, and not damaged by the customer.

  • If an item shows signs of wear, smell, damage, or misuse, we may refuse the return.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Customized, tailored, or personalized items

  • Final-sale or clearance products
    (Unless the product is defective or we made an error.)

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Item?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In such cases:

  • We cover all shipping costs

  • We will replace or refund the item immediately

  • You will receive full guidance for the return process
